    Hello Cath,
I’ve been trawling the net for an answer to my question, and am wondering if you might be able to help, or point me in the right direction. Last year I was been diagnosed with Candida; however, I found the diet really hard to stick with, and eventually gave up. Now I’ve come across the Raw Food revolution, and have started to experiment with positive results. I’m just wondering however, if there are any specific things I need to be aware of being on a raw food diet with Candidiasis? Am concerned about all the fruit sugars in juices and smoothies…do you have any info on this sort of thing? Many many thanks!
    Jane
