Workshops

Click here to see a recent workshop being shown on South Korean TV!

Would you like to feel vibrantly alive, have more energy, and feel healthier than ever before?

All of this is possible if you incorporate more raw and living foods into your diet.

Come to a workshop in my house in Finsbury Park, London N4 where I will demonstrate how to prepare some simple health-giving raw vegan meals.  Come along and learn how to incorporate more raw into your life!

There will be plenty of food to sample – so arrive hungry!  All ingredients used are vegan, sugar free, raw, and organic wherever possible.

All recipes available to take away with you.

The next workshop will be held on Sunday 22nd April, 10am to 4pm.
The price is £60, or £80 if you wish to receive the Alissa Cohen Living on Live Food Level 1 Chef Certification.

Please email me on cathparker@yahoo.com if you are interested in coming along.

Workshops at my home are limited to a maximum of 8 people so that everyone can get to see properly, ask as many questions as they like, and eat as much as they like!

I have plenty of raw food recipe/reference books so if you are wondering which is the best one for you then feel free to browse mine before deciding!

Further dates will be posted soon

I workas a healer and I wanted to rejuvenate and start to bring more raw food into my life. The food was delicious and as well as being extremely healthy, it changed my opinion on how delicious raw food can be. Cath has a professional and open approach to her work, as well as an incredible knowledge of the minerals and vitamins contained in what she uses and around the whole raw food area.

    A highly recommended course. Anthea

    Dear Cath

Charlotte Palmer told me you said nice things about Seagreens and I have had a browse on this lovely website of yours. It has joy. It has humanity. It has lots and lots of goodness, and so thank you for that and do let us keep in touch and you must try our Seagreens Summer Tonic – where can I email you the recipe? Please email me your email address as well as your postal address as I am going to send you the seaweed bag you will need. Thank you.

    Sincerely

    Simon Ranger

    Hi Catherine,
We had a chat at Planet Organic last week. I would like to book myself in for the 19th. Please let me know if you still have spaces and what you’ll be covering on the day. Thanks, Cathy
